New Moon in Aries

What!!? The New Moon, Sun, Mercury, and Venus are all in Aries!? That's right! This is the fiery Aries energy at its most potent. No wonder I woke up super early this morning full of energy. As you know, in Aries, we behave in a very impulsive manner, act -- before we think and aim for the stars and not give a shit if we land on the roof, lol. It's all about raw energy and passion, but we don't get attached to the outcome in Aries; it is more playful than most other signs. The moon is void-of-course this morning from 8:10am - 5:08pm, it then moves into the sign of Pisces. The early part of the day ask us to be still and asks that we don't try to rush anything. Moon in Capricorn, Sun enters Warrior Energy that is Aries

Third time's the charm, eh? Here we are on the 3rd day of the Capricorn moon and my to-do list is not done yet! LOL! I love when I look for excuses and blame it on the celestial energies, it's kinda fun. Truth be told, I have been having fun while I am working, and a frikkin to-do list just adds pressure, so I'm over it :o) I like to exercise my brain by just remembering stuff instead of writing stuff down that I should do. I am perfectly organized in a disorganized manner, there! But I'll give it another try...today. My friend (of a feather) forwarded me lovely to-do templates which I do think would help me, because they are just so pretty. The moon will be void-of-course starting at 1:06pm today, it begins to prep for Aquarius. This energy asks us to just BE, don't force anything or make any important decisions during the void-of-course moon.

Sun in Aries, the zodiac is born here and we have an energy which is raw and full of potency. Aries is ruled by Mars, god of war, this is our warrior energy. Aries look for resistance, it likes to push against anything/anyone. It upsets quickly and is impulsive. During the next 30 days we will feel more energetic, ready to get projects off the ground, and seek adventure - we will definitely want to be outdoors more. Remember that to-do list? Well, today is the day to have all those tasks crossed off. Take care of all the mundane stuff today, little will get in your way.

Moon in Happy Cappy!?

Today's energy supports all that is productivity. It lands in Capricorn at 2:19pm and I really needed this to happen. You see, last night as I was leaving work, I realized there wasn't much that I completed. And sometimes I have too much fun (especially when the cat is away) and just forget about the mundane stuff...what's new! But before I left work I wrote a to-do list - this is just not something I do - my rebellious Mars in Aquarius doesn't really work well with it. But before I left, I sensed that I had to do it!! So, I grabbed a pretty color pen (pink) and wrote away, as the list was getting longer and longer I started to laugh; it reminded why I don't do those damn to-do lists. Having today's energy I KNOW it is a day of completion.

Mercury (ruler of Virgo and Gemini) is opposing Saturn (ruler of Capricorn and Aquarius) today. Saturn is the planet of responsibilty. This opposition ask us to take ownership of our thoughts, for "As a man thinketh, so he is". Take responsibility for your reality, for you are creating it with your thoughts.

Moon in SAGITTARIUS

Phew -- I really needed this moon energy to come around!!! All weekend in Scorpio was intense, and that puts it sooo lightly. BUT, the beauty of this fearful, powerful force has a way of propelling you forward and now we land in the sunny, optimistic sign of Saggy. Now, I wasn't always a fan of Sag; I thought it was a little too "happy" for me - the serious Cappy. Funny enough the majority of my chart is Sag energy(Sun, Mercury, Mars in the 9th house, Moon and Venus in Sag). I have come to fall in love with me. Sagittarius represents universal truth, and it seeks this with such vigor and enthusiasm. The free spirit of the zodiac, this creature knows it is here for a special purpose.

Today will feel light and hopeful, but beware of coming across too strong. Today is susceptible to arrogance and plain insensitivity.

HOWL, Full moon in Virgo

The full moon has a way of bringing past emotional residue up to the surface. Once and for all, this energy likes to confront fear and rid of it. Since the energy is in Virgo it will be extra discerning and in astrology we must remember, "as above, so below" - we must look at the shadow of Virgo; Pisces. Looking at these two energies we can confirm that whatever does come up will be unconscious drives (Pisces). This might be a little scary, because we don't know what is going to come up or what we have to rid of. This is where I say, the beauty lies in the mystery of the unknown.
