So, the mercury retrograde is over. You know when there is a mercury retrograde because I tend to "poof" disappear. Mercury retrograde pulls you in, and that's exactly what happens to me, I, like everyone else, become very internal. Things that have been in the back-burner will now start to move forward. The moon is void of course until 8:06 pm tonight, we then go into the tender Cancer energy. Cancer is a yin, nurturing, emotional, and sensitive sign. It rules all things that bring (emotional) security and is the ruler of "hOMe". Cancer is also a Cardinal sign (other Cardinals are: Aries, Libra, Capricorn), which means it is an aggressor/leader. This is the initiator of the three water signs (Scorpio-Fixed-stabilizer, Pisces-Mutable-adaptable). Think of waves crashing unto the shore, this is Cancer. We feel this energy by wanting to stay home and we also feel insecurities that lurk in our unconscious start to fuss with us. Hence, this is a sign that struggles with security, in the emotional realm. A good way to expel this and get the most of this energy is to be around close friends and/or maternal love. There's nothing that feels more secure in the Cancer energy.
